The difference between this project is the outside mounted post with the bottom railing coming down to the very bottom of the post, allowing the glass to come down over the balcony edge. In this case it was for strictly design proposes and cosmetics, but this is a great detail for covering up a less than perfect fascia board, or concrete edge when using a privacy matelux glass.
