Waterproof Membrane
When used on a second-storey walkout, Duradek also acts as a roof-deck, keeping the space below it dry. Your patio, garden tool storage, or outdoor toys are protected from the elements. Wood, unfortunately, can leave splinters in bare feet, Duradek is safer, especially for children at play. It’s free of harmful chemicals, and fire-resistant and skid-resistant too, making it safe and durable.
Warranty
Duradek guarantees to repair or replace any portion of the Duradek “Ultra” 60-mil vinyl decking membrane which leaks as a result of a manufacturing defect within ten years from the date of its installation.
